Chef Merryfield, A culinary management graduate of Fanshawe College has been serving Windsor and Essex county for over ten years in many capacities. Starting his apprenticeship under the tutelage of Chef Daniele Palanca at Ambassador Golf Club, Merryfield has gone on to do many things in the food scene locally and abroad. Working for ma
Chef Merryfield, A culinary management graduate of Fanshawe College has been serving Windsor and Essex county for over ten years in many capacities. Starting his apprenticeship under the tutelage of Chef Daniele Palanca at Ambassador Golf Club, Merryfield has gone on to do many things in the food scene locally and abroad. Working for many years with Mucci Farms as a brand ambassador, serving across many cities in North America, to Staging with Canada’s number two restaurant Joe Beef of Montreal, to working with Loblaw’s as a chef instructor, Merryfield has carved his own path to success. In 2020 Merryfield saw an opportunity to continue his passion in serving delicious food and memorable experiences, by launching curb side Southern BBQ and catering, focusing on smoked briskets, pulled pork and other BBQ favorites. You will often find him offering private Chefs tastings in the house of patrons throughout the region, offering multiple course meals tailored specifically to the client’s desires, often described as bringing your favorite restaurant to your home for the evening. Now Merryfield Plans to break the mold of food trucks offering an indulgence worth seeking out!
